Libby: Chinese Crested

Libby has been REHOMED.

Libby is the most beautifully natured and pleasant girl, well behaved she walks nicely on lead, although she needs confidence building on busier walks. She is well mannered and playful with other friendly dogs, is used to being with cats and other animals, and is good with older children. She really is a special little girl, very loyal and quiet & clean in the house, she is absolutely adorable and will make a fantastic calm companion dog as she bonds very firmly with her carer.

Libby was rescued as part of a large group of dogs moved from a hoarding situation alongside another Rescue we work with. In poor condition initially she is now perfectly fine and has been successfully treated for an eye ulcer whilst in our care. Her right eye will require regular artificial tears to prevent the ulcer reoccurring but this is inexpensive and she actually enjoys having drops as she knows she gets a treat afterwards!

As a hairless dog she will require clothes for walks in the colder months and skin protection in the summer. Like most Cresteds Libby adores the company of her humans, so we are looking for a home where someone is around for most of the day, but she is fine to be left for a few hours in the company of another dog.

Libby is 5 years old, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated.

If you are interested in offering Libby a home, please complete our online Adoption Form.
