Lulu has now been REHOMED.
Lulu was handed in to us after being attacked by a bigger dog, which resulted in a large neck wound and eye damage. Despite permanent scarring in her right eye, our vet has managed to save at least 50% vision to her damaged eye, and her fosterer is to be commended for applying her ointment every 2 hours around the clock for her initial treatment. Her neck wound is now fully healed and her coat is growing back nicely. She requires no further treatment and is therefore ready to find a comfy lap to call her own.
Lulu is a very small quiet natured dog, she is loving and well behaved in the home and loves to be up on the sofa snuggling up. Although she is fine with children, due to her timid nature we would like to see her in a quiet adult home with another small dog for companionship, and she will happily live with cats. She enjoys her walks but currently remains on lead, for her own safety, and whilst her confidence improves.
Please note that this breed requires regular grooming, so please take these costs into consideration before submitting an application.
Lulu is speyed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated.
