Robbie has been REHOMED.
Ball obsessed Robbie is a lively little chap, his favourite thing is to play fetch, and for relaxation of an evening he likes to have the entire toy box out too! He adores being out and about and is very good on lead, he is also quite happy to go for a swim in a pond or river. Although he hasn’t been off lead since coming into our care his recall in the home or garden is 100% as he runs up hoping for a ball or a toy!
Robbie is 8 years old, but his behaviour, activity levels and white teeth would have you believe he is a much younger dog. He is quite rambunctious but also extremely friendly and fun to be around. He is absolutely fine with other dogs but could chase cats or small furries if given the chance.
Robbie adores the freedom of a garden and he prefers the run of the house to being confined or crated, and is very affectionate (when he puts the ball down!). He is excellent in the car and clean and well behaved in the home. Sadly he has found himself looking for a new home due to the sad passing of his previous owner.
Robbie could be homed with an active family with children of secondary school age or above, with or without another resident dog but not cats or small furries, he would prefer a busy household and where there is always someone coming or going who will give him the exercise, mental stimulation and playtime he deserves. He would also make an ideal running companion. He is sadly looking for a new home as his owner passed away recently.
Robbie is 8 years young, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated.
