Amber has now been REHOMED.
Sweet Amber came into our care, with 2 other dogs, from an unknown breeding establishment. On arrival she had no idea about living in a home environment, but has blossomed under the care of her loving and patient foster mum and is now confident and affectionate in the home. She has been undergoing lead and house training, but still needs patience and confidence building as she is unsure of new people and situations.
During Amber’s veterinary checks it was discovered that she has a heart murmur. Heart murmurs are fairly common, particularly in small dogs, and although she doesn’t currently require any medication she will need to have this monitored during her annual check ups.
Amber will continue to flourish in a quiet home with at least one other calm resident dog, and without young children. Ideally we would really love to find her a home with her friend Pickle who has been at her side during their shared journey of discovery and is also looking for a home.
Please note that this breed requires regular grooming, so please take these costs into consideration before submitting an application.
Amber is speyed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated.
