Ginto: German Shepherd Dog

Ginto has been REHOMED.

Ginto came into our care as she required emergency surgery for a very large hernia whereby most of her small intestine had breached her stomach wall. Admitted for surgery immediately she arrived, she recovered extremely well and our vets are very happy with her progress, so we are now in a position to start looking for a home for Ginto.

At only 12 weeks old, Ginto is a lively, fun loving, bouncy, energetic and very enthusiastic puppy. She is good with dogs of all shapes and sizes, is in foster with cats, and loves to play boisterous games. Ginto is very intelligent and is keen and eager to learn, already enjoying the training that her foster family are doing with her, and this will be of great benefit to Ginto to continue in her new home to keep her focused, mentally exercised and to ensure she becomes a trained and well balanced adult dog.

Her high energy levels would make her an excellent candidate for further dog activities, agility, fly ball. This lovely pup could make a great exercise companion, with the bonus of cuddles afterwards!

We are looking for an active home, with someone around for the majority of the day, but due to her bouncy nature we will not be homing Ginto with very young children.

As Ginto is still a young puppy she will be adopted on the understanding that she returns to our vet practice to be neutered once she is old enough. She is currently undergoing her vaccination course, and is microchipped, flea and worm treated, and is currently being fostered in Deal, Kent.

If you are interested in offering Ginto a home please complete our Adoption Form.

All home offers are subject to vetting and a home visit, and an adoption agreement and donation are required.
