Rocky has been REHOMED.
This super little chap is Rocky, he’s a loyal little man, a real little cuddle monster who loves company, regular walks and playing with his toys. He is very clean in the house and will let you know when he wants to go out. At 14 years young Rocky has sadly found himself needing a new home due to a new baby, at first he was very bewildered but he soon settled in to his foster home and has proven to be a lovely little house guest. Rocky walks well on the lead, although he can be barky with larger dogs, but a squeaky toy can soon get his attention!
Since being in our care Rocky has had all his medical needs attended to, he had to have 15 teeth removed, (leaving just 2!) and a suspicious lump removed from his bottom. He has healed well and the results have come back from the lab showing that it was a low grade mass cell tumour which has been entirely removed so his prognosis is good, although we offer full support in the event of a reoccurence. Rocky also has a fatty lump on his chest but this has been thoroughly checked and is of no concern.
We would really love to see Rocky settled into his retirement home as soon as possible, he deserves a happy ending for his remaining years where he will be loved and cherished. He would prefer a quieter home where someone is around for most of the day, and he could live with another small dog.
Rocky is 14 years young, neutered, microchipped, flea and worm treated.
