Meilin has been RE-HOMED.
It’s our pleasure to introduce you to Meilin, she is a gorgeous ex breeding black & white Parti Poodle who has been learning how to live in a home with her foster family and has been doing well with her lead training although she is still wary of strangers outside the home environment so confidence building outside will still be ongoing in her new home.
Meilin is very happy greeting anyone coming into the home, she is very sweet natured, friendly with people and loves children. She absolutely adores being in the garden and is extremely playful, and loves playing with the other dogs in her foster home. She does have a tendency to bark when she is excited, particularly when she hears her foster family getting up in the morning as she is so excited to see them! She is clean in the house during the day but not always clean through the night yet.
Meilin, or Mei-Mei as she is known, enjoys being part of a pack so a home with a least one other friendly dog is an absolute must as is a home where there is someone around for most of the day as she does exhibit some destructive tendencies with separation anxiety particularly with slippers being her preferred victims.
At just 3 years old Meilin is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated. As a non moulting breed, please take into consideration regular grooming costs before applying to adopt Meilin.

All Cinque Ports Rescue dogs are neutered (or subject to a neutering agreement if not of appropriate age), microchipped, core vaccinated and up to date with parasite treatment. They all have lifetime support and full backup, 4 weeks free insurance and an adoption pack including 5 kg of Natural Instinct food and nutrition information. We currently only re-home within the CT postcode areas unless otherwise stated in our homing adverts.
All home offers will be subject to vetting and a home visit, and an adoption agreement and donation of £220 is required.
