Danny: Terrier cross

Danny has now been REHOMED.

We are looking for a wonderful home for a very special little dog. This is our little Dan the Man, an absolute little superstar who has found himself looking for a home again after his beloved adopter sadly passed away after a happy year spent together.

We think he is an absolute hero as he found himself in the custody of the local Dog Warden after jumping the gate, something he had never done before, to find help for his owner who had collapsed, and it was due to us being alerted that Dan was in the custody of the council that we were able to contact his owner’s family who were then able to get medical attention for Dan’s owner, and a chance to say their goodbyes. Eventually, after agreeing to pay the council fees to get Dan released, he was signed back into our care to find another home and we want to make sure he will be as happy as he was with his previous adopter.

Dan is a lovely chap and looking for a nice quiet home when he can be someone’s constant companion. He enjoys his walks and is happy to meet other dogs, although he’s not too keen on cats! Dan is clean and affectionate in the house and would perfectly suit a retired couple or person, he is a very obedient loving little chap who loves a good tummy rub. We would like to see him as an only dog where he can get all the attention for himself.

If you are interested in offering 11 year old Dan a home please complete our online Adoption Form.
