Max – Miniature Poodle

Max has been REHOMED.

Max is a typical bouncy young pup, at only 11 months old he has a wonderful temperament and is very playful and eager to please, so he would be an ideal candidate for some further training as he is proving very intelligent, he absolutely adores people and loves to be surrounded by them. He knows his basic commands and would benefit from formal training, which will give his clever brain a good work out too. He is house trained, well behaved on the lead and his recall is fantastic already. He is a very active pup, always on the go unless he’s sleeping, he absolutely loves his toys!

We are looking to re-home him with an energetic couple or family where there is someone around for most of the day to give Max the exercise, training and focus that he needs, preferably with another playful dog for company, he really doesn’t like to be left alone, he wants constant company. He can be re-homed with children of secondary school age.

On arrival he was sometimes sick after eating and we have discovered that he is much better if fed 3 smaller meals of Natural Instinct a day in a raised bowl, and kept calm for 20 minutes afterwards (any excuse for a cuddle!).

Max is neutered, microchipped, flea and worm treated and is being fostered in Deal, Kent. Please note that this breed requires regular grooming, so please take these costs into consideration before submitting an application.

If you are interested in offering Max a home, please complete our online Adoption Form
