Hollie: Miniature Parti Poodle

Hollie has been REHOMED.

This is the very beautiful Hollie, she has a wonderful temperament but has had to learn how to live in a home environment after living in a kennels and having just one litter for her original breeder. Very quiet and shy on first meeting she has now come into our care to find family to call her own where she can continue to gain confidence at her own pace.

Although very shy on meeting new people, her foster family have been working hard with her to get her used to meeting new people and learning to lead walk, she now loves her daily walks where she is happy to meet other dogs of any size on a walk, she is also less shy with new people when there are other dogs around. It has been an absolute delight to see her blossom in a home environment and gain confidence although she is currently more comfortable around women than men and has bonded strongly with her foster mum.

Hollie is clean and dry in the home and is learning her basic commands, she is also crate trained and this is where she prefers to sleep at night. Hollie is just starting to play with her toys and the other dog in her foster home.

We are looking for a home with a calm environment with at least one other confident resident dog, although Hollie would be most happy in a multi dog household as she enjoys the company of other dogs. Hollie can be left for up to 4 hours in the company of another dog. Hollie is good with people once she gets to know them and can be homed with children of 11 years + although younger visiting children would be fine.

As a non moulting breed, please take into consideration regular grooming costs before applying to adopt Hollie.
