Adorable, bright, and full of fun, that’s our lovely Pickle!
Pickle is a young female Jack Russell Terrier, between 2- 3 years old, with a big heart and a clever mind. She’s an affectionate little girl who loves to learn and thrives on interaction and play. Whether she’s snuggling up for cuddles, chasing a ball, or showing off her smart side in training, Pickle brings joy wherever she goes.
She’s a sociable soul who enjoys meeting dogs of all sizes and absolutely adores her food and toys. She’s still gaining confidence with some aspects of the world, things like traffic, sudden noises, or unfamiliar people (especially men with sticks) can make her a little unsure, but with gentle reassurance and positive experiences, she’s making steady progress every day.
On the lead, Pickle can be a bit erratic at times, though her walking is improving as her confidence grows. She travels nicely in the car, settles quickly, and has shown she can be left for short periods (around two hours) without issue. She’s also a quiet girl, rarely barking.
Pickle would suit a calm, understanding home that can continue her training and help her build trust at her own pace. She’ll repay that patience tenfold with love, loyalty, and plenty of cuddles.

All Cinque Ports Rescue dogs are neutered (or subject to a neutering agreement if not of appropriate age), microchipped, core vaccinated and up to date with parasite treatment. Another resident dog in the home is required to be already neutered. All our dogs have lifetime support, full backup, and an adoption pack including 5 kg of Natural Instinct food and nutrition information.
